Ben Builds Season Six: Albatros D.III ep 3

Welcome back to our Eduard, 1/48th scale, Albatros D.III!

Last episode I had mentioned detailing up the engine a bit, so today we are going to start there.
I am going to use a NATO Black for our base color, dry brush aluminum over that and then use some bronze for the side pipes.

After that, we are going to take some superglue and add some small copper wires to each of the cylinders. That is 12 wires total and they are very small. They won't be all that noticeable, but at lease I'll know they are there.

To finish off the day, we are going to start assembling the cockpit. Our oils should be dry enough to begin getting the basic parts set up.
